Abstract

The author of the article examines the means of creating artistic unity of the lyrical book "Hand Luggage" by V. Pavlova. As it is usual for Pavlova the book is notable for subordination of all structural elements which provide the lyrical plot. In the process of analysis the author reveals the importance of numerical code "two" for the artistic organization of the book and it appears on all levels of building the artistic unity: in the poly referential aspect, in the lyrical chronotop, in the subjective organization of the book. The image of the lyrical heroine is discovered through the dialogue of two key subjects - the theme of love-maternity and the theme of poetry.
