Полемика вокруг языка: свой или чужой?

Abstract

Объектом исследования является, каким образом проявляется креативность в использовании языка на стыке двух культур казахско- и русскоязычной. Социолингвистический анализ показывает, что выбор каждого из языков в определенных ситуациях в основном оправдан и не случаен, однако мотивы людей при решении вопроса о том, как и почему они пользуются либо казахским, либо русским, также необходимо учитывать. Выясняется, что некоторые элементы вошли в жизнь казахстанцев также на английском языке и стали неотъемлемой частью процесса его модернизации. Все это фрагменты большой мозаичной картины, отражающей сегодняшнюю жизнь Казахстана.

The research focuses on how the creativity is manifested when the language is used in the intersection of the two cultures, the Kazakh and the Russian ones. The sociolinguistic analysis shows that the choice of the languages under certain cicumstances is mainly justified and not random, yet the motives of the people when resolving the question how and why they use either Kazakh or Russian must also be taken into account. It is found out that certain elements have entered the life on Kazakhstani people in the English language as well and became a non-separable part of the modernization process in this country. All those are fragments of a big mosaic picture which reflects the today's life of Kazakhstan.
