Программа развития ДОУ: логика и проблемы ее формирования

Abstract

В данной статье автор рассматривает стратегию формирования программы развития ДОУ. На основе объединения основных разделов программы развития автор выделяет ее содержательные компоненты: информационно-аналитический, концептуальный, технологический/процессуальный, определяет функцию каждого компонента, принципы отбора материала и типичные затруднения, недочеты при их разработке. Логику построения программы развития ДОУ автор показывает на примере создания программы, связанной с речевым развитием ребенка в поликультурной среде. В статье показано, как определяется цель программы, задачи, приведены основные подходы и принципы, обусловливающие стратегию ДОУ при решении обозначенной проблемы, описаны проекты, направленные на достижение цели. Представлены результаты реализации данной программы, возможные риски и пути их предупреждения.

In this article, the author considers the strategy for the development of the development program for the DOW. On the basis of combining the main sections of the development program, the author singles out its content components: information-analytical, conceptual, technological/procedural, defines the function of each component, the principles of material selection and typical difficulties, shortcomings in their development. The author shows the logic of the development program for the development of the DOW on the example of creating a program related to the child's speech development in a multicultural environment. The article shows how the program goal, objectives are defined, the main approaches and principles that determine the DOW strategy in solving this problem are described, and projects aimed at achieving the goal are described. The results of this program implementation, possible risks and ways of their prevention are presented.
