Межрегиональные аспекты научно-технических коммуникаций стран СЭВ: на примере взаимодействия Cаратовской и Западно-Словацкой областей: (конец 1950-х - начало 1990-х гг.)

Abstract

В статье на основе архивных документов прослеживается история научно-технических контактов Саратовской и Западно-Словацкой областей с конца 1950-х гг. по начало 1990-х гг. Анализируются основные направления этого сотрудничества, роль его конкретных участников (высшие школы, НИИ, предприятия), успехи и трудности. На примере регионального сотрудничества продемонстрирована работа экономических механизмов между странами СЭВ, в том числе в контексте трансфера технологий.

In this article based on archival documents the history of scientific and technical contacts between the Saratov and West Slovak regions since the end of the 1950s. to the beginning of the 1990s are studied. The main directions of this cooperation, the role of its specific participants (higher schools, research institutes, enterprises), successes and difficulties are analyzed. On the example of regional cooperation, the work of economic mechanisms between the Council for Mutual Economic Assistance countries is demonstrated, including in the context of technology transfer.
