The electronic library of the Ural State Pedagogical University (united University – USPU and RGPPU) contains electronic versions of the full texts of scientific publications of staff, teachers, graduate students and students of the University.
Access to the full texts of publications included in the USPU Electronic Library and their use is regulated by current legislation (the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Part 4). The USPU electronic library is an open access repository.
