Прагматический анализ поликодового текста (плаката) в политике Австрийской Республики 20-х годов

Abstract

This kind of creolized text performed an attractive function by influencing the society and call-ing the people to war. The images were often humorous and sometimes it was difficult for an individual to understand and take the picture seriously in a country during the First and Second world wars. The given study focuses on the pragmatic component of polycode texts and their cognitive function. The paper uses the method of linguistic analysis of creolized texts and the method of pragmatic analysis. The authors study the poster from the point of view of external structure and consider the components of the iconic part and their specific features. The application of pragmatic knowledge in practice helped them better understand the elements of the attached creolized text and see how it affects human thinking. By analyzing post-ers as models of multi-modal genres in terms of their structure and purpose, it is possible to understand what function creo-lized texts perform in the political discourse of the Third Reich during the two world wars, and what types of speech acts are verbalized.
