Abstract

The intermedial aspect of art that the author of the article has chosen allows us to describe photograph as a new semiotic model of image construction and to follow the author's strategies aimed to achieve the affect of "presence". The goal of the new strategy can be explained by the effort of the artists to go from the world of information to the world of event, to overcome the aloof character of mass media society, to restore reality as a value.
