Abstract

The author of the article opposes Akunin's project to the Russian literature of "the period of norms": the writer polemicizes with the repressive civilization, building the gaming model of reality. In this aspect the peculiarities of chronotope, carnivalization of narration, "poetics of mystery" are analyzed. The intellectual game with the reader, that the performative implicit author plays, is admitted to be the main content. The consciousness of the author consists of the elements of Russian and world classical literature.
