"Не желайте… сказать… "последнее слово": автор-текст-читатель: роман И. С. Тургенева "Дым"

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема взаимодействия автора с читателем, который понимается как полноправный участник коммуникативного события, оказывающий существенное влияние на уровни художественной формы произведения. Характер взаимосвязи автора-творца с имплицитным ("воображаемым") читателем в романе И. С. Тургенева "Дым" выявляется посредством анализа ряда установок восприятия, заложенных в "рамочных" компонентах текста: провоцирующее заглавие, соотношение "горизонтов ожидания" автора и читателя в особой тургеневской манере начала романа, внутритекстовые формы обращения к читателю и т.д. Формулируются выводы о стремлении Тургенева-романиста к максимальной объективности изображения, предоставлению свободы читателю в оценке героя и событий.

The article considers the problem of interaction between the author and the reader, which is understood as a full participant of the communicative event and exercising a significant influence on the levels of the art form of the work. The character of interrelation between the authorcreator and the implicit ("imaginary") reader in Turgenev's novel "Smoke" revealed by means of the analysis of several precept of perception, inherent in the "frame" text component: the provocative title, the correlation of "horizons of expectation" of the author and the reader in particular Turgenev's manner of the beginning of the novel, the intratextual forms of address to the reader etc. The paper draws conclusions about Turgenev's tendency to the most objective representation and to the giving freedom to the reader in the appreciation of the character and the events.
