| Abstract: | The article uses the poetical tetralogy "Poems 1900-1910" and the book Selva oscura (1922) to trace the path of M. Voloshin's spiritual and intellectual evolution. Particular attention is given to the semantics of chronotopical images (the desert, an instant), to the composition of books, and the organization of poetic cycles. The lyrical reflection of the poet's conflicted relationship with M. Sabashnikova is also analyzed. |
