Abstract: This paper investigates the teachers training problem in creation of electronic educational resources of education information environment (EER of EIE) for secondary schools, the usage of such resources in the Direct and distant information interaction based on Learning Management System (LMS), as well as the problem of estimating the readiness of teachers to such activities. There has been developed and presented the following: the content and methodological support of teacher training in the development and usage of EER of EIE; multi-criteria assessment of the teachers' readiness in this activity; EER of EIE typing on methodological and functional purpose, the technological implementation; method of pedagogical-quality ergonomic evaluation of EER of EIE; "Integrative organization" of the educational process in the EIE of secondary school that provides the implementation of variant teaching forms and methods.
