Лингвокультурная специфика современного немецкого политического дискурса: (на примере текстов дебатов в Бундестаге)

Abstract

The article undertakes a linguistic analysis of the texts of the German Bundestag plenary meeting transcripts with a view to identify linguocultural specificity of the modern German political discourse. It highlights the genre peculiarities of parliamentary debates and specifies the concept of institutionality as the main feature of the German parliamentary discourse. The authors study speech and language strategies and tactics of German deputies. The peculiarities of explicit and implicit recipient in the parliamentary communication are described. The study reveals the dependence of the speaker's choice of speech strategy and tactics on the factor of target audience and discovers cooperative and confronting tendencies in the verbal behavior of German politicians at the Bundestag sittings.
